Wow! I don't know about
y'all but for us this 4th of July weekend
just flew by!! One minute I was planning then the next I was collapsing from exhaustion! Any way I look at it though it was fun and worth every minute of time!
My find...
I found this uniform at the antique mall! It fits with the
"freedom ring" title of my post today! I am so thankful I live in the United States of America! I am thankful for our
soldiers,
both past and present, who courageously fight for those
freedoms I fully enjoy! I say a prayer of thanksgiving each day!
While out playing on the lake this weekend
my friends and me (that's right I had many
friends join in for the fun of the 4th!) we found others that were just as patriotic as us!
Take a gander (slang for look see) at this boat all painted in the
red, white, and blue...
Most docks, boats, banks and homes were
spiffed up with the colors...

The
junkin' road kept my friend and me close to home this holiday weekend! We enjoyed the food, the friends, the fellowship, the fireworks, the fun of living
in the land of the free!
Let Freedom Ring, all year long, loud and clear!
